Critical to your project success is getting all the relevant paperwork in order for your project to run smoothly.

Firstly, we must identify if a permit is required for the project which will have occurred in Step 1.

If “ Yes ” a permit is required:

1. Meet with our Building Designer – to review the feasibility through council regulations and/or town planning
2. Based on the options available, we provide a creative and modern proposal that is functional and appropriate to the outdoor space
3. Apply for permits on client’s behalf or instruct client to do so
4. Once approval is received, proceed

If “ No ” a permit is not required

1. Fixed price contract costed from the agreed design elements
2. Building materials sourced and project commences
